Quota and Usage Limits

• No quota rollovers or refunds for unused credits

Team Accounts

• Subscription-based quotas with defined limits
• Usage monitoring and billing based on consumption
• Overage charges may apply for exceeded quotas
• Quota modifications require plan changes

Payment Terms

Anonymous Top-ups

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity
• No subscription auto-renewal for anonymous usage

Team Subscriptions

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prorated charges for plan changes
• Refunds subject to our refund policy

Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your code and commit messages
• We do not claim ownership of your repository content
• You grant us license to process your data for service delivery
• We do not store or retain your source code

Our Service

• MAIASS platform and technology remain our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Our trademarks and branding are protected
• Generated commit messages become your property upon creation

AI and Third-Party Services

OpenAI Integration

Our service uses OpenAI's API for content generation. By using MAIASS, you acknowledge:

• Your requests are processed by OpenAI's systems

• We are not responsible for OpenAI service availability
• Generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate

Content Responsibility

• You should not blindly commit AI-generated messages without review
• We are not liable for consequences of using generated content

Privacy and Data Protection
